I have lived in Norfolk most of my life, I studied art in college and have always been crafty as a form of escapism. I’ve sold my paintings in local shops but paused to have my family. They have now grown and I find myself being drawn into the artistic world once more. The lure of painting, the challenge of capturing the image is too great.
I am inspired by the natural world around me, I am self taught, I paint landscapes from photographs I have taken on my many Norfolk walks. I predominantly use acrylic on canvas, brushes and palette knives. I also sketch when paintbrushes are not handy. You can usually find me sketching in my favourite cafes!
I have taken commissions in the past and welcome a challenge from still life to landscapes. Please contact me if you have a request.
